Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Lisa Pascal is a Montreal-based clinical psychologist offering a wide range of psychological services to adolescents and adults, including specialized treatment for OCD & OCD related disorders, and Sex & Couples Therapy.

Dr. Pascal completed her master’s and doctoral degrees at the University of Ottawa and Université de Montréal, respectively, as well as advanced clinical training at the McGill University Health Centre’s Psychology department where she has received extensive training in many theoretical orientations.  Some of these include but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Specialized CBT for OCD; Schema Therapy; Interpersonal Therapy (IPT); Emotionally-Focussed Therapy (EFT) for couples, and 3rd-wave CBT approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); and Mindfulness.


Dr. Pascal is a strong advocate for using an integrative approach in psychotherapy, drawing on evidence-based clinical interventions, and adapting these accordingly with the needs of her clients and patients. She adopts a more transparent style in therapy, creating an atmosphere of trust that can foster positive and collaborative working relationships with individuals, couples and groups.
